Our Christmas Wish List
Editing in here to thank all of those who made donations at Christmas. We were given our best gift and that was hearing the doctors say that the cancer is gone. I am leaving this page here though as it is still our wish that people would donate when they can. Cancer is a horrible disease. It steals the normalcy and causes fear and grief. We hope that a cure will some day be found for every kind of cancer so that in the future people won’t have to be afraid of this disease or deal with all the things it can bring. We hope and pray that Shannon’s cancer doesn’t ever come back and we also hope and pray for a cure. For that reason, donations to the Cancer Society are still on our wish list.

Our Christmas wish list isn’t long this year. We only want one thing and that is for Shannon to be well and cured. We are praying for that and with your support and prayers we will have that gift for Christmas. It will be the greatest gift we’ve ever gotten.
Instead of giving us a wrapped up present this Christmas, please consider donating any amount you’d like to the American Cancer Society. It doesn’t need to be in our name, it doesn’t have to be a large amount and you don’t even need to tell us whether or not you’ve done it. The gift is in hopes for the future for everyone, not just us.
You can find the link to the American Cancer Society donation page **here** If you are reading this from another country, donate to the cancer organization in your own country if you wish. It’s the same gift no matter where it is donated.
Thank you all so much for reading our little survival blog and for all your prayers and all the support we’ve gotten. Even without a gift or a donation, this is the part that matters most to us. We couldn’t make it without you.
